Let’s throw ourselves into worship, sing with passion, welcome old friends and new, search the scriptures together, and encourage each other to make the most of every moment.

      Be very careful, then, how you live — not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. - Ephesians 5.15-16

Dear Abundant Grace Family -

Saturday morning men’s breakfast.
Saturday evening small group gathering and meal together.
AGIF Yunnan Cultural trip having meals together.
Getting together for a meal with a newcomer to Shanghai.
And more and more . . .

Eating together, drinking together - so much of Jesus’ ministry was at a meal - think Zacchaeus, Matthew, Simon the Leper (?!?), the wedding at Cana, and on and on - these people hosted Jesus at meals. And we do too!

If you’re not sure how to reach out for Jesus - have a meal or a drink with someone. Make a friend, build a relationship that way.

And let’s not overlook the way Jesus told us to remember him - sharing bread and wine at the last supper, remember his body and blood given for us.

Let’s open our hearts and our homes to newcomers and friends. Let’s give Jesus’ welcome at our tables.
